Have YOUR 1970-80 Triumph Spitfire MkIII, MkIV or 1500 Zenith Stromberg 150CDSE, CDSEV, CDSEVX, CD4 or CD4-T Carburetter Rebuilt

Carburetter is totally disassembled then chemically and ultrasonically cleaned. Passages are blown clear with high pressure air. Piston and bore are polished and mounts trued. New metering needle seal installed to prevent oil leakage from damper tube. Standard metering needle installed. Bypass valve rebuilt and adjusted. New throttle shaft seals installed. New fuel inlet needle valve installed, and float level adjusted. Gaskets, diaphragm and o-rings replaced. Auto choke is totally disassembled, cleaned, kick piston honed, mount surfaced then tuned and vacuum tested. Includes new manifold mounting gasket set. Turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks after I receive it. Does NOT include replacing broken or missing parts, contact me if you need something as I have many new and used parts. Final tuning to be performed by buyer
