Just put your head thru the center and poke your arms thru each side and it self adjusts in the back to your size so its's basically one size fits most.  Fits small to XXL.  There is 2 pockets on the front and I have serged the edges so there will be no fraying of the material.  I have made these to last you for many years.
All material is washed and dryed before I make the apron, so it wont shrink on you in future washings.
