Instructions for Use
Initial Use: start with an initial time of 30-40 seconds, illuminating the skin area from a distance of 3 cm. After illuminating one area, move to the next area and continue for 30-40 seconds. After completing all areas, observe the skin the next day for any mild redness (erythema) reaction.
Important Note: There is a common misconception that if no mild redness appears after 30-40 seconds of illumination on the first day, you should increase the time. This is incorrect. The mild redness reaction can only be seen within 24 hours, i.e., the next day. Our skin has a maximum tolerance level, and exceeding this time can cause severe sunburn, blisters, and pain. If mild redness appears the next day, continue with 30-40 seconds for the next treatment. If no redness appears, increase the time by 15-20 seconds until mild redness is achieved. Remember, mild redness indicates the optimal time for your skin; deep redness indicates overexposure.
How to Protect Normal Skin: For normal skin, you can use a piece of unused cloth or clothing, cut a hole to fit the area, and cover it. Alternatively, wrap the cloth around the machine, exposing only the necessary part.
