If vibrator cannot work, please knock the vibrating bar on the ground several times, then it will work. Because the vibrator is working when you put the power on, but the vibrating bar does not get the same frequency with the vibrator. After the vibrating bar knocks the hard stuff, it will have the same frequency with the vibrator to work well. If the machine still does not start after this operation, please kindly contact us.

OPERATING STEPS:

1. Take out the shaft and motor

2. Insert the shaft of the motor into the connect Shaft

3. Tighten it according to the direction of the thread

4. Knock the vibrating bar on the ground several times

WARM TIPS:

1. After the power is turned on, if the concrete vibrator does not produce vibration, you can generally knock the end of the concrete vibrating rod to the ground, and after the vibrator makes a smooth and powerful chirping sound, you can carry out the pounding operation.

2. When the concrete vibrator works, the concrete vibrator should be inserted into the concrete vertically or at an angle, after vibrating for a certain period of time, the concrete vibrator should be pumped up and down when vibrating.

3. The vibrating rod should not be bent more than 50MM.

4. After working continuously for half an hour, the vibrating rod should stop for a while to prevent the machinery from heating up too much and damaging the machine parts.

5. After using for a period of time, the vibrating rod should be checked to see if the threaded connection of the rod head is loose to prevent the mortar water from penetrating into the rod, causing the vibrating rod not to vibrate.
