The H1657 replacement natural gas valve is for natural gas compatible Lennox IHP Fireplaces, Gas Logs sets and direct vent Stoves. This natural gas valve is manufactured by SIT as part of their 820 Nova series.
Natural gas valve H1657 features a split-system millivolt control, a manually adjustable HI/LO burner knob, and a drop-out current for safe operation.
Please note that the H1657 is designed for use with direct vent natural gas appliances only.

Service Note:
While the SIT 820 Nova gas valves may look and function similarly, there are subtle differences between them.
There are hundreds of these valves, so it is heavily recommended that you only use the H1657 if it is manufacturer-approved for your natural gas appliance.
Using a gas valve that it not compatible with your flame feature is a potential risk to the continued operation of your appliance and to your safety.
