Available for purchase is this guaranteed hollow 3.00-3.25 inch diameter un-opened, break-your-own Mexican coconut geode. The Mexican coconut geodes are among the most popular geodes available given their colorful interiors and possibility for additional mineral inclusions.

Each geode is 3.00-3.25 inches in diameter with a weight between 0.90 and 1.10 pounds.  The price listed is for one geode - if you would like more than one geode, please change the Quantity in the box provided.

Guaranteed to be Hollow with Crystals - 95% of these geodes contain quartz crystal linings that can range from a smoky, brown, light blue, lavender, clear or 5% a good quality purple amethyst.  The majority is a varying shade of smoky quartz and contains a brown siderite or agate rim.  See sample opened geodes for typical interiors (not included with your purchase).  Sample whole geode pictured is a typical, representative-sized geode and not the actual geode you are purchasing.

Possibility for Additional Minerals - About half have Calcite and/or Goethite, 5% are filled with white feathery Mordenite that usually has Calcite as well.

Maximum shipping charge in the United States is only $9.95 regardless of how many geodes you buy!  These geodes will be shipped through Priority mail or larger quantities may be shipped Fedex Ground/Home Delivery.

Great idea for a school science project, birthday party, or just something to entertain your kids (or yourself!) with. We will provide opening instructions and an information card about the geode(s) you receive. Again, we guarantee these geodes to be at least 90% hollow by volume (9 out of 10 will contain an open cavity) and to have crystals - there is no guess-work with our geodes - if you receive a solid geode, we will send a replacement at no cost to you and we pay the postage costs.

Paypal is preferred but all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) are also accepted. International buyers must pay with Paypal. We ship USPS Priority mail or packages at/under 13 ounces are shipped First Class Mail. Tracking/delivery confirmation is included at no extra charge. Heavier items are sent Fedex Ground/Home Delivery with full insurance and tracking. If shipping is not free, we only charge actual postal service retail counter rates or account-specific rates quoted to us directly from Fedex.

We ship either Priority Mail International (over 4 pounds or 1.8 kilos) or First Class Mail International (under 4 pounds or 1.8 kilos) with tracking (in most cases). We will also ship Global Express Mail or Fedex Express if you would prefer an expedited service with full tracking. Please note buyer will be responsible for any customs duty fees upon delivery.

Although we strive to provide the most accurate descriptions and representative photographs of our specimens and other products, we understand that buying online does not always trump having the item in person. Thus, we offer a full purchase price refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days (USA buyers) or 45 days (International buyers), no questions asked.  If you are returning an item purchased with free shipping (shipping is included in the purchase price), we will refund the full purchase price minus the USPS retail counter or Fedex rate based on the weight of the package (if a full return) or what the weight would have been to ship the item returned (if a partial return).
