Listed as used because I can’t prove other wise, but this punch looks unused to me. No signs of wear on it. See photos. I believe it to be from the 80’s since the paper work with it is copyrighted for 1986 Ex-Cell-O Corporation. Get an older quality built USA made tool for 1/4 of the cost of a new one.
