Interesting Probate Court appraisal of the estate of a Susan Dickerson of Springfield, Missouri. This was a substantial estate, worth about $3 million in today's dollars.

I'm guessing this individual may have had something to do with the family still memorialized in the name of Springfield's Dickerson Park Zoo. In any case, a nice piece of Missouri history or a good family piece if you have a connection there.
