I think there is room to adjust it to 39-42 inch waist. A Don Home Miami  Okla leather  basket weave holster H702. An unmarked key fob and baton ring. Smith&Wesson handcuffs with nylon case. A nylon mic fob. A leather basket weave pepper spray holster from Bucheimer Valencia Calf B1440. And last but not least, a nickle service wistle.  All of these items are in good serviceable condition, showing light signs of wear. Please look at the photos for consideration of the condition.
