GOUDA Japanese Chef's tool, ALL Handmade Copper Grater, called "OROSHIGANE", All Hand-made Carved & Hammered by GOUDA.
This was originally created from Japanese Chef's needs, taking much attention to its material and functionality, not design, or looking. All Hand-made. Each hole on surface is hammered one by one by experienced craftman.

Both Sides can be basically used for the following vegetables in Japan.

This usage is basically popular in Japan, but you can arrange yourself to grate your vegetables to suit your needs in your kitchen.
