We have switched to using UPS 2 day air.

We insulate our boxes, and add 1 ice pack to give the snails the best chance during shipping while the temperatures are hot. To add an additional ice pack (highly recommended if temperatures will be over 85°), you can purchase them as an add on in which we have them listed.

DOA Policy; Tracking will be provided immediately after shipping, in which we will also track. In the unfortunate (and unlikely) event that you have a DOA (dead on arrival) we ask for proof within the first hour of delivery via a picture of bag (if unmistakable in passing of the snail) or a short video of the snail not responding to being submerged if the snail appears to be dead. Please message us first with any issues, we take our customer service seriously, but above all, the health and happiness of our snails so need to know of any issues to correct on both our end and with your order ❤️
