Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2¼ cups Bob's Red Mill® Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup chopped Walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture and beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts (if desired).
Roll dough into balls, about 2 tablespoons each. Place 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes. Move to wire rack to cool completely. Makes 36 cookies.

Sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum.
