Georges Carette was a tintoy manufacture company founded in 1886.
They produced numerous toys during their time, including the one offered
for sale here, a beautiful Stirling/Heibluftmotor engine. The engine (Model #687/2) was made around 1905,
making
it over 120 years old!

- Overall Height (Including chimney/smokestack): approx. 36 cm (14")
Known Condition Issues:
- One of the pole for the drive line is loose. Holes in the wood base may be stripped. May need to be fitted with larger diameter screws/nails.
- Screws around firebox is loose. Holes in the wood base may be stripped. May need to be fitted with larger diameter screws/nails.
- Small dents on the smoke stake/chimney(see pictures)
- Some minor paint loss throughout and stains; indicative of it's age.
