We will dispatch orders the same day when placed before 4:00pm. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday except in exceptional circumstances such as bank holidays & Christmas etc.

  

Signing for deliveries & damaged parts:

Please check all items for damage before signing for your parcel, the courier will accept no liability for damaged goods once you have signed for the parcel. If you do not write on the paperwork at time of delivery that the contents of your parcel are damaged, you will be unable to claim a refund for the damages. Please also notify us immediately of any issues with your delivery.

  

Returns Policy:

 We accept returns up to 30 days no questions asked, postage paid for by the buyer and all parts must be returned in the same condition as they are supplied. You will be refunded in full less the cost of the original carriage.
