Shipping
Shipment will be by eBay SpeedPAK Standard, FedEx or DHL .
Shipping duration : 5-12 Days
Tracking number will be registered to eBay site after shipment.
**Depending on the shipping country, remote area, and item, we will select the best shipping method for you.
**If we receive a discounted offer and sell the item, we may change the shipping to Economy or Standard International Shipping.
We will make packing very carefully by using bubble-wrap and air-wrap to protect the item during the shipment.
We use recycled packing materials to conserve resources for the sake of the global environment.
**If a change of address is made to the shipping company for the buyer's convenience,
the shipper will be billed for the change of address fee in addition to the shipping charge.
In such cases, an additional $15.00 will be charged separately. Please understand.
Returns
Unconditional Return Policy
Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us.
I have an unconditional return policy if notified within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
All returned items must be the original condition.
Please inform us within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
In case buyer wants to return the item, please send us a message first in order to discuss how to handle.
Please do not use "return request" in eBay menu.
The postage of the returned goods is a buyer burden.
