You can easily replace your older Suburban, Atwood, or Dometic models. DUAL FUEL, 3-MODE RAPID HEATING: The KINGRVER RV tank water heater offers both the common 12,000 BTU propane heating and a 1,440W electric heating option. This dual-energy combination provides three modes: gas-only, electric-only, and combined heating. When operating at full power, it heats up twice faster than traditional tank units, significantly reducing the waiting time for hot water.
POWERED ROD OFFERS ONGOING LEAK PROTECTION: To prevent the common issue of corrosion and leakage in tank water heaters, this RV water heater is equipped with a no-replacement titanium rod. Unlike conventional magnesium anodes, it protects the tank from acidic and alkaline water sources, while also automatically sensing the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in the water and adjusting the release of electrons to optimize water quality continuously.
EASY TO REPLACE OLDER UNIT: Designed for easy installation, this water heater is compatible with older 10/12 gallon Suburban and Atwood RV models. It retains the 16.5 x 16.5 inches opening size, and both 12V DC power for gas heating and 120V AC power for electric heating are readily available in RVs. The inlet and outlet ports are also 1/2" NPT.
HIGHLY EFFICIENT AND ENERGY SAVING: The built-in heating element is surrounded by water within the tank, significantly improving thermal conductivity. Wrapped in 3 gauge EPDM foam, the RV tank water heater reduces heat loss to under 25% in 24 hours, offering superior insulation compared to other tank-type heaters and lowering energy consumption when you don't need to use it.
3 ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE SETTINGS: Unlike traditional RV water heaters with fixed temperatures, the HybridShower provides three adjustable settings. In summer, choose a lower temperature to prevent burns, and in winter, select the highest setting for a cozy hot shower. Additionally, the water heater is equipped with multiple safety features, including dry burn protection, water pressure protection, and overheat protection.
