This efficient heavy duty countertop gas hotplate is a worthwhile investment. You can make a variety of specialty foods with it's 8-burner spots. The burners have adjustable valves for cooking soups, meats, and vegetables accurately and with ease. The split grates are easy to clean too; you can remove certain parts for cleaning hard to reach places. The sides, front, and back are made of quality stainless steel and it's built to last. This unit is NSF and CSA listed too.
