PRODUCT PERFORMANCE ADVICE - If you are changing from a pressurised to an unpressurised portafilter you will have to invest time and effort to get the best from this product. This will include using fresh roasted coffee beans with a ‘roasted on’ date and grinding your coffee finer using a good quality stepless grinder. You may also need to reduce the pressure of the water coming out of the brew group. Doing nothing may lead to a very quick extraction with the resulting espresso having little or no creama. Bottomless portafilters may spray coffee everywhere if your system is not optimised.
