This is an older but post serial number Brilhart 4 Ebolin alto mouthpiece in overall good++ original condition. Exterior is a bit scuffed up, nothing major; shallow tooth wear on bite-plate. Original facing has a couple minute shallow flaws - vacuum test held 2-3 seconds and made a good pop on release. Original facing measures great: tip right about .075", a 5* with a 41 break. No cap or ligature.
