Spring Series: two different thickness washers. ))()()() are .5mm ()((( are .4mm . this stack has the best responsiveness/ efficiency and maximum operating range.
Note: minimize flattening out the washer, thats when the reg pressure no longer increase, its best to be 20% below max reg pressure, per example 205b max reg pressure lower reg pressure to 195b to get efficient deflection/travel of the piston
Note on pressure creep: when the delrin seal hasn't complete cut out the supply pressure the reg will allow more pressure behind the piston to make a complete seal this is normal of 3-5b above set reg pressure. If above that it maybe the 2x1 oring on the adjustment that is slight leaking or delrin/peek seat has debris that prevent a complete seal.
Note: when setting the reg pressure it my take several times to stabilize the belleville washer--> so if the reg drop after shooting the gun adjust reg back it may take several attempt till the reg pressure stays at the set pressure, usually shooting a whole mag will cycle the belleville washer and maintain a set pressure.
Note: belleville washer gets weak under heavy load extended period of time or thousands of shots you may have to re-adjust to maintain your set pressure
