The FWE TS-1826-18 full-height heated cabinet has eye-level controls that provide a constant temperature readout. To ensure food stays warm until it’s time for it to be served, the cabinet is fully insulated. The 12 universal tray slides are designed to not tip while loading and unloading product and can accommodate a wide range of food pans and GN pans. For versatile holding, the shelves can be adjusted in 11⁄2-inch increments.

To protect the unit and its surroundings during transport, the FWE TS-1826-18 insulated mobile heated cabinet has a bumper wrapped around its base. Providing improved control, it has push bars on both sides that enable steering. This unit is mounted on 5-inch casters that promote mobility, and two of them swivel to help users maneuver turns. Using a Humi-Temp heat system, hot and cold spots are eliminated to ensure food is held at optimal temperatures.
