These units have been tested for basic functionality. They are all North American models with 1-2k total arcs (relatively low). They all have the same accessories as shown. While the battery is included it should be assumed that the cells may need replaced with age. It should also be assumed these may need service for optimal performance (calibration, electrodes, etc). Great value on a ribbon splicer!
