Fair Trade, organic Ceylon cinnamon, also known as "true cinnamon," has
a subtly more delicate and sweet flavor than the more common cassia
cinnamon. Use to flavor cookies, cakes, stewed fruits, puddings, and
breads - as well as curries, sauces, and vegetable dishes.
