Part Includes an O2 port after the flange, as some applications require it. 
That said, there are some applications that will not require the use of this port. 
In those situations an O2 plug will need to plug the port.
O2 plug is included.

These same applications will require an O2 port after the flex pipe.
In these situations, either 
(1) our part will need to be cut down to size and the OEM port will need to be reused 
or 
(2) an O2 port will need to be installed in our part at the proper location and the OEM port will need to be cut off.
An extra O2 port is included.

For this reason, installation by an experienced muffler shop is highly recommended and Bear River Converters is not responsible for any additional charges that may occur.
