This auction is for a 9 piece tool kit for the fox 32/34/36/38/40 with Grip/Grip2 damper.
The kit includes a CNC machined shock clamp for the 2017-2019 FOX GRIP damper and 2019-2024 GRIP2 damper for fox 32/34/36/38 and 40 models. . The clamp fits the body ,and the shaft of the GRIP damper assembly. This has the same fit as fox part # 803-01-324
Its made of 6061aluminum and is made for a precision fit. We left plenty of material so there is a lot of clearance when using the shaft clamp, and we made it .630 thick to fit into the tight spaces.
The sockets are cnc machined out of 6061 aluminum and fit a 32mm, 28mm or a 26mm top cap. They have no chamfer on the 6 sided hex which make it ideal for the very short air caps and top caps that forks have. It also has a tighter clearance then an equivalent size socket to give you better holding power.
These fit all 2017-2024 grip forks , and several older models as well.
The pocket is .5 inches deep and has a big chamfer on the outside edge to help clear any fork and it has some big notches on the top so greasy fingers can still grip it fine. It has uses a 3/8 inch drive.
These are not heavy duty sockets for auto or truck repair where stuff is tighted to 100+ ft/lbs, these are only made for fork repair
Then we have 3 seal tools found on different grip models. These are CNC machined out of billet 6061aluiminum.
These are used to slide the seal head over the shaft without cutting the seal. These fit the same as fox part numbers:
398-00-657. It fits NA2 shaft size.
398-00-371 Fits 10mm 2017-2024 grip and others
398-00-320 Fits CTD FIT and other 8mm shafts
Last we have a pair of 6061 CNC machined fork spring side and damper side removal tools. One is an 8mm and the other is a 10mm. These fit the same as fox part number 398-00-681 and 398-00-682
These will fit all 2005-2024 fox forks including 32,34,36,38 and 40mm forks. These will also work with step cast models.
Damper assembly or fork is NOT included in auction, just the tools.
