Vintage Fostoria American 10" Round Glass Pedestal Cake Stand with Rum Well. No chips, cracks or concerns of any kind. There is not even a utensil mark on the platter.  Measures 10" diameter x 7" tall x 5.5" on base.  This popular discontinued pattern was in production for many years, 1915-1986 or so. 
Cake stand comes from an upscale estate and has been lightly cleaned.
