This email will contain details of your purchase along with the address of where to send your key. Any issues in locating this information please do send us a message and we aim to respond ASAP.
2.Package your key in a protective envelope and include your contact information and ebay username
3.Post it using a tracked postage method
4.We aim to repair your key the same day it reaches us.
5. We return your fully working key back to you via 1st class signed postage or special delivery depending on which service you select.
Each purchased service is for 1 key. Please purchase one repair for each key you wish to send in.
Please make sure the key you send is for your vehicle and not a second hand one from eBay or from a car breakers etc. Please note: If you have attempted to open or repair your key or someone else has you may incur additional cost or your key sent back to you with a full refund. This is due to more damage being caused by this. However it is very rare that we are not able to repair a key. Please note this is a repair service and battery replacement, if any programming is required that is not something we undertake
