This repair service will fix all listed issues.
F-150 REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove the 1 screw at the front of console (near rear-view mirror). Grab the console firmly and pull down.
Disconnect
electrical connector, then remove the black display from the console
with a T10 Torx Bit. We only need the black display unit. No need to
send the entire plastic console.
F-250/350/450/550 REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
The console shell is attached to the mounting shell with 4 snaps - pull down gently on the console shell to release each clip, (start with the rear corner one snap at a time until the console shell releases from the mounting shell).
To remove the computer simply gently remove the plug from the
Computer, then remove the 3 #10 torz head screws .
Install in reverse
Box it up and send it to us for repair. You pay to ship it to us.
These
are common failures of the unit, and can be repaired and upgraded
without replacing the unit, providing a permanent solution to the

We will
correct the bad design of the original electronic design and restore
the display, will insure no future problems with your OTC display. Your
Compass should be re-calibrated upon installation, because it was
tested in a different area then yours, and it only takes a few minutes, we will send instructions, if the cal light is present.

Circuits are checked for proper temperature readings, and the displays are checked for proper brightness with a lumen meter.
This repair does not and can not repair other problems, fuel sender reading or PCM communication problems, MPG, DTE problems, improper temperature reading from faulty or dirty temperature sensor.
This repair only restores the display.
