This is legit Honeywell PTM 7950. A highly sought after, high quality thermal material that doesn’t pump out, or need to be replaced for YEARS.  I personally prefer the spreadable type rather than the pads. I find it much easier to work with. Just apply it like any other thermal grease. It says to wait an hour for it to dry, but I never do, it’s up to you.
