    • The transaction does not include any Import  Tax / Duty / VAT / Brokerage Fees / Handling Fees. If you reject the package due to any charged tax or duty, we reserve the right to charge ALL shipping cost and 5% (of total price) handling fee.

    WARRANTY & RETURN
    • The Item is brand new in new packaging.
    • How to do the warranty : The warranty will be covered by natural faulty not including man-made damaged. If you receive a defective item or any item needs to  be repaired under the warranty period, buyers have to report to us within 5 days and take a  picture to show us the damage part and outside of package after received the item. We will try to help you solve the problem by ebay system. If still have problem, please kindly send back the defective item for our repair by freight prepaid. Returning postage is buyer's responsibility. If it is our quality's  problem, we will repair it and send the repaired item to you for free of charge. If the damage is made by wrong operation, we will ask for maintenance cost. 
    • Refund is not acceptable when: The Item which is arrives with damages or defects or the specification is not the same as the buyer previously advised, although it is unused and original packaging including all tags.

     

     

    • All shipping cost thus generated is paid by the buyer if buyer cancel the order not because of products' problem.

    Because all fixed price includes shipping cost, if buyer buy wrong or do not need no longer then want to cancel it, we will ask for return by buyer(it means buyer should pay the shipping cost which from buyer's country to us) and refund only for product money without shipping cost which Taiwan to that buyer's country.

     

    • We may charge up to 30% related handling fee of the item's price for the order cancellation/return request made after the package is shipped out within 30 days no matter the package is delivered or not. *

    * It is buyer’s obligation to afford return shipping fee after the package was shipped out and request for return (no longer need/ wrong item place/ replacement request, etc.). Please sent the package back (if successfully delivered) by yourself to the address we provide and leave the tracking number to us via “Message”. If not receive the cargo, please reject delivery company to receive the cargo. We will get information from delivery company and process to retrun back us.

    • All refund to buyer EXCLUDE shipping fee. A full refund (include shipping fee) ONLY available for unshipped order. **

    ** We do accept a full refund for following situation: Wrong item sent/ defective product/ package lost during delivery process (We will first make a confirmation with delivery company and ship again the item.) A full refund will make to the buyer if not willing to wait for the re-send package.

    • Refund will be authorized after we receive the return goods and completely check there are no damaged, missing parts, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to seller error.
