Delivery details

1. We only ship the items to the address you have indicated, if we sent you the parcel to the correct address that you offered but you still cannot

receive the parcel successfully, we are not in charge for it, so please check it carefully!!!

2. We will deliver the items within 1 day after payment received from PayPal. If the items can’t arrive at the exact time, please contact with us on

eBay message, we will help you;

3. Shipment is directly sent by China Post or E-packet or Post NL or DHL Global Mail or HK Post.

4. If you want to get the item fast, we also provide the international shipping, so you can contact with us, and then we will give you a quote of the freight.

Terms of sells

1. After you made the order and will sent you the item, we will not accept the refund. I hope that every buyer could consider twice why you come to

our shop to buy items before you make order. Or you can communicate with us to see if our items can be fit for your model or not, I don't want the

buyers to be disappointed after you spend the money;

2. Before you receipt the package, you need to see if the package is damaged, if so, please check the items are good or not, if the item has been damaged,

you can refuse to sign the package. Or when you get the package, you find that the items are impaired during the transit, so please keep the packaging

and take some photos to sent us as the evidences, after we make sure that, we will sent you a new item again. If the items are damaged after you installed

and used,these circumstances we will be treated as the problem made by you, the responsibilities should be bear by buyer. So please think carefully whether

you can to accept our terms before placing an order;

3. All returned items must be marked with the eBay ID; buyer's email address; item number and returning reasons.

We will deal with your problems as soon as possible.

Return

Unwanted Goods:

We offer a 30 day return policy. Once you inform a member our team, you can then return the parcel within 30 days of receiving the goods. This is under the following conditions:

•The item must be unused and in a resalable condition otherwise are not eligible for a refund. Items returned after 30 days or with poor condition packaging will be subject to a deduction of 15% restocking fee.

•Carriage charges for returning unwanted parcels or items ordered in error are at your expense, we cannot be held responsible for this.

•Please use a traceable service, otherwise there is a possibility the courier could misdeliver your goods and your parcel will not be relocated. We cannot be responsible for which courier you choose to return any items back with.

Order Cancellations:

Once you place an order with us, there is only a short time frame we are able to cancel that in – this is even shorter if you have selected a Next Day delivery option. Please contact us immediately by and our team will do their best to arrange this for you. Please note:

• Emailing us that you wish to cancel your order does NOT guarantee its cancellation. Only once the order has been confirmed as cancelled by a member of our team is this the case.

• Once an order is in the despatching process, we are then unable to cancel it.

• We do not take financial responsibility for the cost of the return of any products ordered in error or that are no longer wanted.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to it being refused, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged/Incorrect Goods:

If you need to return an item due to an error we have made or because your item is damaged, please contact our team within 7 working days* who will resolve this with you (*this varies per courier). It is highly important that you check your goods as soon as they are received.

Faulty Goods:

If your item arrives faulty, you must report it to us within 24 hours. The item can then be collected and refunded or replaced. Any items reported as faulty outside of this time frame will need to be dealt with under the warranty. Please contact our team via phone or email who will advise on the warranty procedure, or visit the product in question on our website where the warranty procedure is explained online. Once any return is received back we will process it within 7 days.
