Removing the Crank Pulley Bolt
- When you loosen the crankshaft bolt with an impact wrench, you will NOT need a crank pulley wrench, because the crankshaft bolt loosens counterclockwise, and any engine rotation movement during impact will be in the direction of normal engine rotation.

Holding the Crank Pulley in Position
- This crank pulley tool is used to hold the crankshaft still, always rotating the crankshaft counterclockwise while finally torquing the crankshaft balancer bolt. You will need a standard socket (Regular Socket) to use with this pulley holding tool for properly tightening the crank bolt.
- The center opening hole is not fit the socket in this tool kit.
