Q1: the touch screen doesn't work?
A1: put your 5 fingers touch on the screen and for some time, when it comes out the "moving point", you can click it according to its steps, finish it and shows "OK", next: you click the "OK" and then the "Exit", screen calibration is complete, if so: you can retry to open the touch screen and check it if it can work well now.
Q2: audio death? no signal when reverse?
A2: about the 2 problems, firstly you need to turn off it and check if these cables connectivity are correct, even the relevant functional wires are loose or have fallen out of place.
Q3: the outer package status when shipping?
