This is a COMPLETE conversion kit to turn your Bosch 12v cut off tool into a 10mm (3/8") power file belt sander.
Perfect to automotive bodywork, wood working, modelmaking. This is a complete kit, you dont need to find a suitable air sander for parts, everything is included!
The kit includes everything you see in the 3rd photo:
- Custom made aluminium adapter flange
- 150mm long sanding arm steel pulley wheel
- 330mm x 10mm (3/8" x 13") sanding belts in assorted grits
- allen key for sander head adjustment T8
This kit is suitable for sanding belts 10mm-13mm wide by 330mm length, these are generally available in many grits.
The conversion is COMPLETELY reversible, you can change back to a cut off wheel at any point. With correct installation this conversion should not damage you cut off tool.
Fitment of this kit may void your Bosch warranty, the kit is fitted and used at your own risk, I do not accept any liability for damages caused to your tool.
All kits are tested for fitment over the supplied adapter before shipping, there may be some very small marks on the sander arm where it has been briefly run to confirm correct working condition, this is however still a new item, these marks arent signs of use.
