2) Featuring a fixed temperature of 450F/232°C, come with size 1/4 stuff box nickel and a manual reset, Bulb 1/4" x 4-7/8" Nickel. The capillary length is 36”, works on 1A, 125V AC              
3) This PP10084 high limit switch is a safety thermostat which can shuts the unit off and prevents the oil from overheating on the fryers. It features a manual reset button on the switch for manual shutting off                               
4) This for Pitco fryers Hi Limit Switch features trip-free design, the contacts cannot be latched by pressing the reset button as long as an overheating condition exists. Temperature must drop approximately 50℉ before depressing reset button to return the contacts to the latched closed position
