This was meant to be mounted on the wall like a flange sign. The bracket could be placed either at the one end or in the middle to display one side. Looks like someone previously mounted a chain so it could be hung from the ceiling instead.
Will come with two LED light bulbs.
There are some scratches, and the bottom looks like it had slightly melted from incandescent lights.
