 How to install M276 timing?

 Note:

 1. Use a tool to rotate the engine crankshaft to 40 degrees after the ignition top dead center (Note: Do not rotate the   crankshaft counterclockwise, otherwise it will cause the timing chain to get stuck), align the marks on the crankshaft sprocket   and the middle sprocket with the colored marks on the timing chain;

 2. Align the marks on the crankshaft sprocket and the middle sprocket, install the left camshaft chain and guide plate and align   them with the marks, fix the sprocket, install the right camshaft chain and guide plate and align them with the marks;

 3. Install the crankshaft chain tensioner and pull out the chain tensioner locating pin;

 4. Install the oil pump, oil pump chain tensioner, and timing cover, and tighten the bolts;

 5. Install the camshaft in the corresponding position according to the letters on the camshaft (note: lubricate the camshaft   bearing shells with oil before installation; align the camshaft chain with the marks on the chain), and install the timing chain   guide plate locating pin (note: all camshaft sprockets should align with the marks on the chain);

 6. Install the left timing chain tensioner when the crankshaft pulley is pointing 40 degrees after the ignition of the first cylinder,   then rotate the crankshaft clockwise until it is pointing 40 degrees after the exhaust of the first cylinder, and then install the   right timing chain tensioner. Pull out the tensioner and position it;

 7. Disassemble all camshaft position sensors to check the accuracy of timing. Rotate the crankshaft clockwise to 53 degrees   after the ignition of the first cylinder;

 8. Observe the installation holes of the four camshaft position sensors, and the pulse disc section of the four camshaft shafts   should be in the middle position of the installation holes;
