Warranty and Return Policy

30-Day Free Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are notcompletely satisfied with your product, you may return it in its originalpackaging within 30 days for a full refund, without any restocking fees. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For any warranty claim or return, please contact us first to receive an Item Warranty Claim Form or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Each RMA number is unique to your individual claim and is required for processing any return. Returns without a valid RMA number will be refused upon delivery.

1-Year Unlimited Mileage Quality Warranty

Our products come with a 1-year quality warranty, with no mileage limits. If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement, including the original shipping cost. Return shipping must initially be paid by the buyer, and we will reimburse this cost once the defect is verified.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers the cost of the item itself and excludes labor, installation, towing, additional repair charges, and any incidental costs associated with replacement or repair.

Additional Terms

All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. Returns sent with collect or on-delivery charges will be refused. Please allow up to five business days for claim processing, as reviews may involve departments in both the U.S. and our corporate team.

Electronics, such as ECUs, sensors, and wiring harnesses, are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. Once opened or tampered with, these items are no longer refundable.

For mistaken purchases or items no longer needed, refunds will exclude shipping charges and may incur a 20% restocking fee if the item is undamaged.
