Fitness Gear 15 Lb Adjustable Training Exercise Sports Weighted Vest Can Hold 20 weights - but I only have 15. In very good lightly used condition has adjustable shoulder straps and waistband. It can hold 18 exterior weights and two interior weights. Each of the 15 removable weights is approximately 1 pound. The front panel is approximately 22 inches tall from the top of the shoulder strap to the bottom of the panel and 16 inches wide. The back panel is approximately 24 inches tall from the top of the shoulder strap to the bottom of the panel and 13 1/2 inches wide - not including the waist straps.
