1.The balde was made of folded steel in Maru structure smelted and pounded to fold 13 times to creat 8192 layers,Not only can remove the remain impurities of the carbon steel and better distribute the carbon to form the blank,But also allow the layers to bend at rates,it was Fully hand forged,hand shaping,hand polishing in the most traditional method of sword making.

2.A special clay was applied on the blade to control the rate at which the blades cools when quenced after grinding(rough finishing).The clay ensures carbon does not simply escape during this process.What's more,we are Applying different thicknesses of clay to the edge and spine(back) of the blade respectively(Differential hardening),a beautiful real hamon was appeared on the balde result of Differential hardening.

3.The blade was well heat treating (Refining) and quenching(Tempering) greatly improve the hardness and flexibility of the balde for real use.

4.There was no bohi on the blade,No Bo-hi (blood groove) will be good for heavy cutting,. (Bo-hi (blood groove) can be added to each side of the blade,lighten the blade ,also balance it to achieve optimal performance,If want the Bo-Hi, contact us to customize for you).

5.The blade comes with a full length Tang greatly enhances the strength of the sword while swung and it will be signed according to your requirements.(pls contact us through ebay message if you want to sign the DATE or NAME on the Tang)

6.The blade has been Fully hand polished with more than 18 process hand sharpening work in the most traditional Japanese craftmanship way.Making a mirror-like surface.It is also very sharp.What's more,the balde was hand polished by HAZUYA left with a white visible abrasive area on the surface of the blade.HAZUYA is a kind of very thin Uchigumori stone fixed with paper which is a specific stone to bring up hamon, It is very soft against the steel.The point of the blade is medium length.(Chu Kissaki).It is strong enough for battle realy and heavy cutting.

7.Tsuka(Sword handle)：The Tsuka is made of high quality wood wrapped with genuine ray skin(Samegawa), and tightly tied with real suede ITO.Two Mekugi (peg) was nailed to secure the full tang of the sword,the sword can be disassembled by picking up the two Mekugi (peg).

8.Tsuba sets(sword Guard)：The Tsuba (guard), Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) are made of high quality iron with exquisite workmanship and fine elaboration.The tsuba is Secured by Two Copper Seppas (Spacer),The Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) are made well match the tsuka for a good balance.

9.Habaki&Seppa:：The habaki(blade collar) and the seppas (Spacer) are made of high quality brass

10.Saya(Sword Scabbard)：The saya is made by high quality dry wood with full copper wrapping .slotting,gluing,polishing and shaping treatment,and design proper degree of tightness for the sword blade to enter and out.
