The locking pin protrudes approximately 3/16" and fully retracts when the key is inserted and turned to the right (clockwise). The locking pin's center is 1" behind the face of the lock. The lock, keys and key ring weigh 2.4 ounces (69 grams).
KEYING꞉ If you order more than one lock and need them keyed alike, please get in touch with us prior to purchasing (so we can check our inventory to see if we have a sufficient quantity on-hand to meet your needs).
NOTE꞉ Each lock is sold by the piece. Each lock has its key code stamped on the side; each key has its key number stamped on the key (one lock and two keys total). Each lock is factory-new, OEM.
The locking pin is NOT spring-loaded. This means for the locking pin to remain retracted, the key must remain in the lock.
