Instructions.
Make sure all parts are clean and dry, I prefer
brake cleaner/degreaser with a scuff pad, but hot water,
washing up liquid and a hard brush will be ok, just takes
a bit longer. 

You can either use a brush or a spray gun.
Just apply and let it dry.
Nothing else is needed.
Please make sure the item you are painting is cleaned and rust free.
