This is a cobalt blue 5.75" tall vase made by the Fenton Art Glass Company. Probably made in the 1985-2000 era, could not find better research on the dates. It is signed by Scott K Fenton on behalf of the company that manufactured the vase, and also signed by Sue Jackson, an artist who hand painted the scene of a girl and a cat birdwatching in nature. The vases is also numbered #1868.
