Up for sale is a Fender Ultra II Telecaster guitar neck. It was declared a blem and may have USED stamped on the back of the headstock and part of the serial number removed. This indicated a defect of some kind. Cosmetically, light wear. Functionally, the truss works fine; at best, the neck looks to have a decent hump across the fretboard at the octave. I have not strung it up; I presume this is the reason it was declared defective.
