Faux Tortoiseshell Lancet Case Etui, Bloodletting

A nice tortoiseshell lancet case or Etui. Contains four tortoiseshell lancets. There is minimal insect damage to one lancet. The blades are sharp and have little corrosion. There does appear to be some blood staining on one that was hard to open to take the picture.
