ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Fantastic Antique Late 19th Century Double Glass Inkwell Wood Desk Set w/Drawer. Featured is a very nice early wood desk top portable pen & pencil holder with two inkwells and has a pull out drawer for accessories. The two inkwells are glass without any lids present. It has a wood handle to allow carrying and is footed. There are no markings or signatures so the origin, maker and age for certain are unknown. The wood finish shows scattered wear to the edges, corners and other various places. There is a piece in the center that looks like it was made for holding a pen with some sort of screw attachment. Comes with a pen body and nib. Measurements as shown in the photos - approx. 11" long x 6.5" tall x 6.5" wide. A beautiful piece overall!
