MATERIAL: dark colored metal, with attached fancy plates on outer side of spur, smooth on inner side (see photos)...silver colored backgrounds, gold colored foregrounds and lettering. See photos

DIMENSIONS: 3 1/2" across the open part of the U, approx 7" front to back

CONDITION: never used, never worn.
