Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of us receiving your order confirmation. In some occasion, order may be delay if there is problem with the payment. Beauté Galleria is not responsible for order delay due to payment problem.
Shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays declared by United States Postal Service (USPS). Your order will be shipped via USPS with Standard Shipping which arrives in 4-7 business days. A USPS tracking number will be given once the order has shipped.
Order will be shipped according to buyer’s ebay account address. It is very important that your address is correct. Before you place the order, please verify your address is deliverable by USPS and addressee name are 100% correct. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, your will be responsible for the shipping charges on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We are very confident on our product, we will make sure that the product and services we provide meet and surpass your expectations, as your satisfaction is our utmost priority and goal. However, in a rare case, it may happen that customer received item which is defective, please contact us for the return address. Returns request are accepted within 30 days of receipt of shipment. We just ask to make sure all items are returned in the original packaging and condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost in shipping the items back to us. We will pay for the return shipping costs only in the case of our fault.
Important Note:
* We do not accept any returns if the products have been used, return incomplete or physical damage due to the result of improper use. We reserve the right to refuse return if the return condition does not meet the requirement.
* Please package the return item carefully as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur when you ship it back.
* Please save the tracking number for your return package just in case it got lost during shipment.
* For return, exchange or replacement, items must be receives before replacement or refund will be issued.
* For exchange or replacement, it depends on our stock availability, if not available, a refund will be issued.
Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. An email of confirmation will send to you when your return is processed. Please keep in mind that it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your account. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable except if the return/exchange is a result of our error.
