Purchased a small part of a collection of weights that were formerly owned by Olympic weight lifting trainer OHIO native Lewis Barnholth.  Mr. Barnholth was active in training his team during the 1940s and future in Olympic weightlifting the snatch and clean and jerk.  During that time, a YORK PA Barbell team member Stanley Stanczyk considered to be the best lifter ever from the YORK team, won Gold at the 1948 and silver at the 1952 Olympics  Everything I mentioned previously can be verified.  I believe that Stanley Barbell was a short run at that time produced by YORK for Stanley Stanczyk.  Since most of Mr Barnholths collection was from that time period, I believe these collars are from the same time period.  These collars were outside collars on a bar that, instead of inside collars, had weld beads.  I have another pair of Stanley barbell collars on another bar that are a different style, which I will list later next month.
