This is a new open box item. It has been tested and perfect working condition. Tab in battery compartment was never removed except for testing and is back in place to prevent battery drainage. The only issue is that the wrist cord/rope is missing from the box. Everything else is there. The solution is expired but should still be ok. It usually does not go bad that easily anyway but new solution is available online if you prefer. this is a really nice tester for the price. please see all pics. you get exactly what you see. thank you.
